The first line of contact for Charity Stewards and Almoners is normally the Group Charity Steward and Local Care Officer who, in any case, would want to provide support and be kept informed.
The charity, however, can also help in relation to queries about donations made, Gift Aid, payments to the 2010 Festival etc. and can provide assistance to almoners on applications for grants.
The charity is also willing to provide speakers to address groups of brethren involved in the Care structure on the working of the charity.
The Provincial website has several documents available to Almoners in its restricted section. The username and password can be obtained from the Local Care Officer.
We are working hard to provide the best service we can but we do recognise that there is always room for improvement. To this end we would be pleased to receive comments and ideas which might help.

Community Grants
Most applications for grants for charitable causes not connected with Freemasonry come direct to the charity's office but some enquiries are made to local lodges and Groups which may wish to assist in putting the application forward and follow its progress.
